Ploxarelchit is committed to customer satisfaction. This return policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed for our business card printing services.

Quality Assurance

We provide a digital proof for approval before printing. Once approved, the order proceeds to production. It is important to carefully review the proof as changes cannot be made after approval.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted in the following circumstances:

  • Print quality defects or errors on our part
  • Damage during shipping
  • Incorrect order fulfillment

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Customer-approved proofs that were printed correctly
  • Design errors provided by the customer
  • Change of mind after order completion

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide order number and reason for return
  3. Submit photographs if applicable
  4. Wait for approval and return authorization

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Replacement Orders
